Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed over to our delivery partners.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over R800 within South Africa.

We may also run additional free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Multiple Shipments

As some products are sourced from different suppliers, items within the same order may arrive separately. If this happens, you will not be charged additional shipping fees.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.

Daily Finds cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Orders
